usdaOrganic food is the best type of food for many reasons.
Organic food does not have synthetic pesticides. Any pesticides or fertilizers used on organic food will have to be made of natural materials, so you get to eat food that doesn't come with its own special layer (inside and out) of synthetic chemicals which may be harmful to your body. This is especially important for fruit and vegetable products, as commercially grown fruits and vegetables are often sprayed heavily with pesticides that cannot be removed simply by washing. Many typical meat and dairy products are now full of hormones which are used to make the animals produce more, either by growing larger quickly to produce more meat or by stimulating more milk or egg production. These hormones are simply passed on from the animal to the animal product and then to you. When you eat organic meat and dairy products, you get a product that is free from these synthetic hormones so you don't have to worry about the effect they will have on your body.
Typical meat and dairy products are full of antibiotics given to the animals to prevent sickness. Of course, like the hormones, those antibiotics end up in your body. Buying and consuming organic products can help prevent a potentially harmful build-up of antibiotics in your system
Organic food is much more rich in vitamins, minerals and retains the levels of nutrients for much longer. You will have more energy through consuming lower levels of toxins and chemicals that slow your body down.Your body will be more resistant to disease as it will have higher levels of the essential nutrients it needs to fight off infection

Organic foods are looked after much better as they  have to be grown in a certain way. They have a strict standards and independent inspections for all farms and facilities to be labeled organic.  Also more people are employed  to control the crops and animals.
Organic foods taste much better than non-organic food, because do not include as many chemicals or pesticides
